Isn't that the guy who was the HPP board president last year? There was some discrepancy over his being on the board illegally? One of those people that mismanaged our money by getting us into this chip seal mess and now my road looks like crap? Tell me he's not running again.

leo you are right Crelly is the one who was on the board illegally last year and when the bond company found out the board had a decision; either default on the bond and let him remain illegally on the board or get him out. He then made a pretense of "resigning". If he is running again he is running for a 2 year term for district 6. 2 years instead of 3 because the previous director Randi Lasalere resigned a short time ago and now we can surmise why, in order to make room for Crelly.
This is a vote by ballot election and because Lazalere resigned so late I doubt enough people in district 6 even know they have a seat open so I am guessing that Crelly will be unopposed.
This is very bad news for HPP! He is an unmitigated two legged babbling disaster.

Unfortunately this is no laughing matter. His wife, Dist 5 rep, who is very active on PT posting anonymously (?) is also on the Nominating Committee and Election Committee (illegal board committee) so very involved again this year, in the membership's election process.

Last year it was a fraudulent election so whomever's districts are involved in an election this year better pay close attention if you care anything about having an election run w/integrity and honesty. They blew whatever trust many of used to have after the shenanigans last year. There was no report at the last membership mtg so no one knows what's going on w/these 2 committees. The ballots better be received by a reputable 3rd entity....if not, be very concerned that we may be in for a repeat of last year's fraudulent election.

I hope caveat emptor's wrong about the timing of Larzalere's resignation..very troubling if this was a maneuver for Crelly to run unopposed. We saw plenty of maneuvers last year while he was on the board so I wouldn't be surprised.
