Blanked and Pillow on ITO-LAX

There was a wrapped blanket only, and I used it for back support. No pillow. The plane was rather warm, so I didn't use the blanket I brought. It was on time, drinks and snacks were provided shortly after departure, and the flight attendants were professional and courteous. No one got beaten up or thrown off the plane. The new United Club in LAX is amazingly nice, btw, and it made the four hour layover actually enjoyable. FWIW, I had two more legs on United after the overnight from Hilo, and both were about as good as things get these days in air travel.

Aloha ahiahi, all!

Just cancelled my trip to SFO/NYC due to this blanket and pillow issue. Not doing it. No way! Pay for cooties? No thank you. (It was a GREAT excuse to stay home, and do business on the phone/fax/skype, whatever...lol.)
