Aloha, anyone know of a commercial kitchen in the Pahoa, Keaau, Hilo area? Thank you in advance for any info.

Do you mean a commercial kitchen supply store? There's paradise restaurant supply downtown Hilo on bay front.

I think they want a Certified Kitchen to prepare foods for sale.

I do know there are quite a few, but most have a fairly full schedule...
Check with churches, community centers like the HPP Hui (ETA...or not), and the county Parks & Rec, as some rec centers have commercial kitchens (like Aunty Sally`s in Hilo)
