Here's a question - Is everything here tied up in subdivisions? Is it possible to find acerage that isn't tied up with association dues and covenants?? I'm very content where I am, for now (Fern Acres). Eventually, tho', I'd like to have a spread of my own, that doesn't fall under someone else's rules...
