Thanks for the update. The Nixle reports here are full of missing people reports so am a little puzzled why this has not gone out. If I were you, or her mother, I would start putting a little more pressure on the police Dept. but of course, I have very little info about the case so don't know why they might be sending out an alert.
Which police Dept was contacted? If it was the Puna police you might want to contact Hilo police instead.

Let's see.. 2 names, 2 different ages, and off meds.. sounds like your typical punatic. My guess is she is squatting in an abandoned car/bus, in a papaya field, with about 10-12 other people. Go down the red road, pick up a strung out looking hitchhiker, show him a picture, offer $20 for info, guaranteed you will find her. Trust me...the cops ain't wasting energy on looking.

Hawai#699;i Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 35-year-old missing woman.
Parker Godwin was last seen in the Kalapana area on (August 6).
She is described as Caucasian, 5-feet-10-inches, 145 pounds, brown shoulder length hair, blue eyes and a “Led Zeppelin” tattoo on her lower back.
She primarily resides in the Hilo district.
