TMT - Contested Case Hearing Status - Hilo
There are some people who say Native Hawaiian people have more rights than others on the island. Then there is the "Grown Not Flown" philosophy.

Question:
Using that logic, wouldn't it follow that if a person is not Native Hawaiian, wasn't born here, and doesn't live here, that little or no importance should be attached to what they say about events on Hawaii Island? Wouldn't it be right at rock bottom in terms of relevance and importance? Let's say they lived here for a time, but decided to move somewhere they've said is better for them and family, turned their back on those who remain, like a deserter or a traitor, no better than a defector or a turncoat. Doesn't that choice make every opinion uttered no more than a hypocrite's wanton gibberish?

If we saw the car a person like this drives, would it proudly display a bumper sticker:

Gypsy drooled:

"TomK, have you been drinking again?
first you say that you provided a link for me and now you say I provided it, make up your mind or it's just more Babbling Gibberish.
"

I don't know what to say other than I think Gypsy has a bit of a mental issue. The quotes I provided were from the link Gypsy provided, not from a link I posted. It's almost as if Gypsy didn't read the link he provided, i.e.,

Gypsy, just curious, but do you use hallucinogens?

LOL @ gypsy. Looks like the truth hurt him. You should be blocked from this site for your constant lying, ignoring facts that correct "your opinions" and trolling everyone. Add to that the fact that you don't live here and insist on trolling people with your lies and emotional fallacies. You refuse to "remember" being corrected. It's pretty clear cut you don't debate in good faith and should be banned.

I've said probably 10 times to you, the TMT debate is up to Hawaiians. However if you're going to distort facts, lie and make irrational justifications I will correct them. Your constant emotional lying flag waving for one side of the Hawaiian debate is part of the problem.

I've addressed all of your emotional pleas you repeated here again and again several times. Apparently you don't believe archaeologists or anything that science has told us about studying the the TMT site and you just want to be pissed off. I get it.

As for me personally, the dead are dead. Do what you want. You don't think your cess pool was leaking into the graves of others? You don't think that pissing in the ocean isn't going to go somewhere sacred? These are all emotional arguements you constantly make.

I agree with you about Trollboy.
But I do not agree that TMT is up to "Hawaiians" to deal with unless you mean
ALL of us who live here.

Well it looks like some of you may need a reminder of what real Kapu Aloha and emotion about the TMT project looks like. Enjoy the short video this morning.

Eric1600, Did you notice the many Hawaiians in the video or better yet what they were trying to protect?
You can win your battle in court but what's really going to matter is who wins the WAR. jmo

Did someone say WAR? Idiot.
What are they sucking up their nose?

Trollboy is now advocating violence, great. Who cares about the law as long as you have a strong opinion about something.
Some people don't seem to understand why courts evolved in the first place, to stop every minor disagreement being a battle to the death.

Gypsy, maybe you're just ignorant. Have you forgotten our discussion about the origin of the new term "Kapu Aloha" in addition to our discussion about how many native Hawaiians think it's junk?

Stop posting videos as "proof" because they aren't. I know many native Hawaiians that want their community to heal over this issue and they also are not against the TMT. people like you just keep pouring salt in wounds and you add to it by lying all the time and "forgetting" inconvenient facts on a constant basis.

@punaticbychoice the cultural aspects of the TMT should be up to the Hawaiians to sort out for themselves within the framework of the legal system which is designed to protect all of us. Unfortunately a minority of those are trying to make the issue of a telescope some kind of call for overthrow, which is just going to tear their culture apart and is naive. People like Gypsy are just fuel for the fire of stupidity.

Gypsy should be banned from this forum for multiple reasons. Is there no moderation of the rules?
