Bill targeting roosters/dogs
#1
Apparently, To some people AG land is to noisy. Maybe it disrupts their illegal vacation rentals..

http://www.hawaiitribune-herald.com/2018...ter-farms/

"Puna Councilwoman Eileen O’Hara is introducing a bill that would require anyone owning more than four roosters to keep them at least 75 feet from property lines. She said the intent is to make them less of a nuisance for neighbors after complaints she received from residents uncomfortable with all the crowing."

Okay Google... Who are these people and why ain't they working?

Can be construed as a 4th Amendment violation, and those lawsuits get expensive.

next it will be dogs barking

Those rules (for! everyone!) are already on the books and not being enforced.

Also, funny joke: the rooster farm shown in the picture is on a very large lot; it will not be affected by the rule change.
