All I can add is that the HPD and DOCARE were called when the "checkpoint" was initially set up and it was still there this morning (27th March). I'm curious to know why those manning the checkpoint were asking motorists where they were going when 1) it's obvious where most were going, 2) what business is it of those manning the checkpoint and 3) why do you need to stop and question drivers in order to count cars?
