The Seaview community has a website, kalapanaseaviewhawaii.org -not a lot there yet, but it does have an online newsletter.

I bet I know the property you're considering -- the yurts? Just remember, we can't find a lender that will make a loan for it.

I am not the listing agent, so I do not know. In the interests of the seller's confidentiality, agents usually will not say much about other offers. Its not fair to the seller to talk about their business and we have a fiduciary responsibility to protect that confidentiality.
