Don’t drive all the way around, just stay left!

Option ONE : To avoid the gnarly speed bumps not HUMPS - drive through public parking - a vehicle gets 30 minutes free and out the exit side totally avoiding the speed bumps not HUMPS.

Option TWO : If your vehicle has bad shocks or has bad or failing bushings or tie rod ends - Go through and park in public parking and save the ticket.Take your grumbling to Airport Admin and file a complaint - about the damage caused by the speed bumps not HUMPS.
Admin will stamp the paper work so it is free parking and you fill in all paper work to Admin and do EVERYTHING they request in triplicate .
Get everything notarized and time stamped.
With in 3 to 6 months Federal will cut you a check so you can repair your entire suspension - shocks - struts - tie rod ends and bushings .
We know of THREE residents of puna ( senior citizens ) doing this process right now.

Option THREE : Read the above 2 options .

It's all part of security enhancements that were mandated years ago.
You kind of want to slow down traffic so you can check it out on the security cameras.
It takes a long time for things to get implemented here !

I find this hard to believe. It's not as if Hilo airport is like LAX on a busy morning. I'd love to see some supporting evidence for this.

No speed bumps at either DFW or DAL, nor are there any speed humps, either!

Besides, the bumps that were installed at Hilo are so severe, one must come almost to a stop before continuing over them.

I know quite a few people who have received speeding tickets recently so keep at it KJ, we need more voluntary tax payments.

Way to show off those Euro driving skills Paul.
Just keep it to the right here.
