The majority board is going to vote on an illegal budget bc the Finance Committee had zero input. The treasurer hasn't held a FC meeting since Feb. What other business has been conducted w/out checks and balances? AggreBind Road Sealant. Road striping. Board mailbox committee.

The majority board's mantras "The membership doesn't matter, the board can do whatever they want" (Craig Crelly) and the rest of the majority board's mantra, "You're only advisory, the board makes all the decisions!" only reveals the character of these majority board members and disregard of our bylaws and Corporate Policy. Only one rep (Dist7) is observed representing the membership at board meetings, and the board pres C Crelly supports these brazen bylaw breaking activities.

If there's NO Finance Committee meetings, there's NO opportunity for the FC to "ADVISE", which is against the bylaws that has provisions to advise the board = MEMBERS' CHECKS AND BALANCES.

We're in trouble if any one of these current reps, or both, who ran in this election gets back on the board....many members want an election investigation if that happens.

I would vote for that. After all their misdeeds and mismanagement it'd be hard to fathom that anyone would've voted for either one of them.

Hey what about the forensic audit? Since this board refused to do it I hope the new board directors will get it done.

Please attend the membership meeting tomorrow, 24 June at 3 PM. The agenda is posted on the HPP website.

The Bylaw Committee, Professional Management Committee will be giving their reports.

The Members Mailbox Committee will be giving a presentation that some of you will be very interested in. New ideas will be presented to tackle the HPP mailbox issues.

The incoming board members will be introduced for sure as it's on the agenda.

There will be homemade baked goods baked by incoming board members.

P. S. Tomorrow's membership meeting is when members can sign up for the Finance Committee for the upcoming term. It is an interesting committee to be a part of as it's the checks and balances of the association's monies. Please share your talents.

Here are the officers of the new board:

President - Leslie Blyth

VP - Mayelin Stillwell

Treasurer - Tanya Seaver

Secretary - Mary Couch

The former president's wife tried to obstruct the new board from voting in their officers after the membership meeting stating that the board secretary has to be the witness. She said since we have no board secretary currently that the new board can't vote for their officers. The board secretary, Patrick Murdoch, had just resigned as board secretary at the 20 June board meeting Wednesday. Coincidence? Many think not. We've seen this maneuver before when Craig Crelly was president in 2016. Extend the officers reign by one month as officers are still officers until there is a replacement.

Luckily, Dist9 David Roe, pulled out his bylaws which stated "OR the recording secretary" could also be a witness. After 4 yrs of this, I still am stunned at the lengths people will go because they can't let go of their power.
