If you have time - call or email me, I have some questions which to point you in the right direction.
Typically, you are supposed to do nothing until SMA Assessment application is ok'd. That said I have seen 3 different people told 3 different things:
1) Cut nothing
2) Cut only things 2" diameter and smaller.
3) Cut only prop line boundery or clear fallen wood to see prop line and ponding.
All in same subdivision.....
