Council Member Ruggles Town Hall on War Crimes
#1
Council member Ruggles welcomes the public to attend this meeting to speak with her about her recent decision to refrain from legislating until the County's attorney assures her that she is not committing war crimes.

Ruggles will have copies of the letter from the United Nations Human Rights Council that prompted her to take this action, materials to educate constituents as on their rights as protected persons, and share the work she has been doing to continue represent and advocate on behalf of her district.

Ruggles says she will have experts in U.S. Constitutional Law and International law present to ensure all questions can be answered.

Ruggles says she hopes that constituents will take advantage of this opportunity and attend.

The meeting stems from an announcement that Ruggles made on August 21st stating that she had come to understand that she may be in violation of her oath of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution and may be incurring criminal liability under both U.S. federal law and international law. There will time reserved for questions and feedback on this complex and profoundly implicating topic.

Well this should prove interesting.

Depending on who shows up and how heated the question and feedback period becomes, Jen Ruggles may get her chance to witness war crimes in person, between factions of the USA and Kingdom of Hawaii out in the audience.

I hope somebody asks her if she's cashing her paychecks, and if so, why.

I imagine it is because her attorney does not accept payment in Kingdom Bucks.

I guess we will just give up on reasonable response times from ambulances, subdivisions' share of the FTR, bus service into underserved communities, etc. It's more important to Jen which oligarchs are in charge, than earning her paycheck by serving the people that live here and elected her.

Is she still collecting her salary? I wonder who is paying her lawyer. The "protectors?"

So should I assume that no one cares that Snowflake Ruggles continues to cash her $70,000 a year checks for refusing to do her job? Is that really OK? How many of you take in $70,000 a year to do nothing but promote yourself. Is Hawaii that immune to theft, sloth and self promotion. What else can you expect from the lowest voter turnout in the country. Yes, we are part of the United States dispite MA. Snowflake'diversions. What's her real agenda?

No, you shouldn't assume that no-one cares about Ruggles' behavior. It's just that most of the comments are in another thread on Punaweb.
