Fletch is back. I know the lots in Kalapana Seaview Estates are small by Puna standards, But i would love to hear some personal reviews of the area. Do most of the lots have ocean views? Also is there enough rain to fill up catchment systems? Mahalo

Hey Fletch, we have been in Sea View just over
6months. Our catchment is 10,500.gal. It has only gone down about 1/6th of the tank at most. It seems to rain enough for catchment. I would say many of the lots have ocean views. We love it here. Alot of nice people. A good mix of people. We are about to finish a small guest house on one lot and have started the process for the larger home on lot next door. We have pics posted under Check out our progress. The lots here are smaller than in Puna Palisades. Ours are 7500 sq.ft. each. We are glad we decided to live here in Sea View
