Yes to Mobile Homes for Puna - Short & Long Term

That’s pretty cool. Actually transporting it might be a nightmare though, with plenty deconstruction and reconstruction.

We have a 40 ft aluminum high cube (I think that is the terminology, 8 ft high) that was divided into two even sections before we bought it. Mostly used as a poker room and storage.

Prepping the delivery was kinda wild, getting concrete “posts” in the right 6 places and leveled. Then the delivery dude had a crane-like thing where he maneuvered the container over a 25 ft mango tree into position. The guy was an artist. There are people who do a thing, whatever it is, with such grace, style, and intelligence that it becomes transcendent.

(No, I don’t remember what company or who it was...over a decade ago.)

My point being, having the truck to transport it would likely be only the beginning of actually getting it ready to go...

Cheers,

Seriously not trying to nitpick your fine post... but high cubes are 9'6".

Probably. It is higher than it is wide. Thanks for the nitpick!

The additions are bolted onto the main frame with 1/2 inch bolts. I would love to buy it

Aluminum... I would be concerned of the Puna Thieves cutting it up and selling it for scrap...
