Wyatt thanks for the response. Your pictures are great. I am a builder here on Oahu but seriously thinking of transplanting, too busy over here nowadays. I am flying in on Mon. i will be looking for your houses when i get in the neighborhood. Maybe i can get the names of some of your tradesmen in the future. Aloha
