It's legal to leave a child of any age in the car alone for 5 minutes or less. I learned this when I got the question wrong on my Hawaii driver's test.

what does cradhed mean?
It means way, way over 0.08% while posting on Punaweb. You know HOTPE, I think it's not necessarily involving mead. The problem might be that many people are trying to type into the forum with their little phones. Not everyone has small thumbs. I noticed RWR isn't the only one. I could be wrong but I think I win the deciphering contest. The "d" is right next to the "s" on the qwerty keyboard. Initially I thought it was crack-head assuming RWR was worried about the youth being kidnapped by the numerous crack-heads that inhabit the nearby Safeway benches and bathroom area. But if you replace "s" for "d" cradhed becomes crashed. But anyway is it better or worse that the car was running? Well with the car running and the windows up and doors locked the kid is pretty safe. Safe from heat-stroke too. However if the kid spontaneously took to the wheel for a joy-ride she might have

Ding ding ding. Salamat ew. Yeah running car kid decidez to be like mommy / daddy and boom through a store or maybe even out into traffic. Most of the regulars here were in a thread a while back .. and even commented when i explained i am indeed typing on a litle phone and cannot even see what i am typig if it shifts below the keyboard. I have stated that i belive most people can get the drift ..and that i dont feel the need to go back and correct . Thoze people know theyvhave aleady read this from me yet continue to have selective memory.

1 person types kinapped, cradhed or dead from fumez
4 posts follow attempting to decipher the comment. Can a little girl crash a car as suggested? Most automobiles require you step on the brake first before you can shift out of Park. So crashed is as likely as cradhed. Neither makes any sense. In any case, wouldn’t it be easier if you care enough to post a comment, that you would also care enough about whether people understand what you wrote? If you assume everyone kinda sorta gets the gist from your stream of consciousness rambling, remember, it’s not a fine line between Jack Kerouac and incoherent.

Part Two is. I have asked them if they have children themselves in other threads.
. But no answers. Hiding behind a keyboard is they sport as obviously once again they fail to realize how smart our children are.

I think most of us here are aware of child predators and now we have someone suggesting parents should openly post about their children. Perhaps it's for RWR's own entertainment, but it's disturbing to read RWR's recent posts, and please remember RWR is also hiding behind a keyboard. In the meantime, greetings from CA - both Pam and I are struggling with health issues but we're together again so will help each other recover!

TomK,
Best wishes to both you & Pam. Glad you can care for each other while you rest and recuperate.

Thank you so much, HOTPE. Pam's struggling but she'll get through it. I broke my shoulder but that'll get better, so concentrating on Pam. Still, we're a weird couple; neither of us can lift a suitcase yet we're on a road trip. If I'm in the passenger seat I have to have Pam put my seatbelt on and when we park and she forgets, I'm trapped in the car!
However, this kind of stuff really makes it clear what disabled people have to deal with every day. I still haven't figured out a way to get dressed in the morning without distressing Pam with the odd scream! |
