In my experience, both HARC and HACA are lucky if they even have enough applicants to fill all positions. Most are uncontested. If you are really interested in an unpaid job where non-dues-paying members make huge demands of your time, berate you, and threaten to sue you, and you never have enough money coming in to keep up with the work, please do apply!

We did not have this knowledge in the past and always waited for newsletter and ballots via USPS.
Now we know so at least 3 members of our extended ohana who pay their dues will now run for H. A. R. C. B.O.D.

Latest with amendments.There is a good chance this will pass because WAM won't have any objections because it won't cost the state any money.
They have already cited previous cases in the courts.
