Another member of Hawaii’s congressional delegation weighs in on the Barr Summary of the Mueller Report. Sen Mazie Hirono expresses a view quite different from Tulsi’s. Mazie outlines the importance of reading the entire Mueller Report. I agree. Here in an interview she states her reasons:

Mazie is a hand puppet parroting whatever the DNC says. It's all about the 2020 election. Notice how she casually mentioned healthcare (she really meant health insurance) as a focus? Wasn't that what Tulsi said, we should move on and focus on things that matter? Now Mazie is agreeing with Tulsi? Strange what towing the party line does to people, she sounds very shallow.

Strange what towing the party line does to people
If I understand the comments above correctly, the people who want to read a 300+ page report are incapable of thinking for themselves. The people who haven't read the report, perhaps haven't even read the full 4 page Barr summary, can however, confidently make up their own minds based on almost nothing.
Here is a direct quote from the Barr Summary:
"The Special Counsel states that ‘while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.'”
Senator Hirono believes we should take the time and effort necessary for a review of the information behind Barr's comment. She will roll up her sleeves, put in the work, and make the best possible decision based on research, facts, and due diligence.
Tulsi Gabbard reminds me of our recent Councilperson Jen Ruggles, who discovered something more important to fill her time, rather than represent her district. Tulsi is busy running for president and may not want the distraction of reading a 300 page report - - so she dismisses her duty as our representative with a flippant "move beyond this divisive issue." Of course it could also be her fear of what "does not exonerate him" implicates.
