Closed for maintenance? I haven't seen any work going on during the week and it's only open one day a week. Anybody know what's up?

Were the tarps up? They frequently take them down and close for high wind warnings which we had yesterday.

It had to be the wind. We had a whiplash back and forth wind yesterday afternoon that broke off a healthy ohia tree six inches above the ground. Sad, that. It was a pretty tree.

Yes, it was the wind. They didn't call the vendors until late afternoon yesterday. Puna Happenings had an announcement showing disassembly and some of the messed up tarps.
