Puna Gnome has arrived...

Man, I wish I would have known about Bud. He could have travelled with me to a quick trip to Honolulu that I'm on right now.

I read this message and ran out the door of the office to the Island Naturals in Pahoa and got me some mint water (I chose the peppermint). Now I'm hooked. That's some good stuff.

Damn you, Tony!

I want to host! Tony I sent you an e-mail so add me to the list. Oh the fun we can have.

You should call the Hobbitt B&B down in Kau. That could be a funny picture.

Tikiyaki, are you taking him to Tiki Ti or Trader Vics?

Actually, it has been requested of me to take him to the walk of fame and shoot some pics next to some of the stars. Trader Vics is closing soon :-( and honestly, the last time I went there, the service was so bad. Being in Beverly Hills, it has a very snobby atmoshere that had nothing to do with Aloha.
However, I plan on giving Puna Gnome a tiki as a traveling companion . I don't think anyone should travel around the world alone, and maybe a nice Island Born tiki would keep him company, and protected from harm. I hope Tony is ok with this.

Tony, is this ok ? I will make sure it is a small and lightweight tiki to keep the travelling costs down.

I am seeing areally cool pic next to one of the stars. Maybe Jack Lord? I think Don Ho has one too. Burt Reynolds prints at Graumans would be cool. I don't know why I picked Burt, just seemed kind of kitchsy.

I might take him to the Ga Aquarium and do a pic in front of the Beluga whales. I just need to find out if they will let me bring him in. He is going to the Varisity for sure, Krispy Kreme on Ponce to see the hot ones roll off. Gotta get at a pic at one of the Peachtree signs. Maybe at the Fox. Bob is thinking Stone Mountain too. Anybody have any Atlanta ideas?

We have a camping trip to the Great Smokey Mountain Forrest comming up. If he is here at that time I am taking him to the Lost Sea. It is way cool & touristy.

If my Grandma is feeling good I might get her to cook a real Southern Meal for him.

Can he come to a state preschool classroom in northern california?? The kids would love him--and they could use the "culture."

Tony, the tickets to Australia were only $35 - so you coulda gone...but now the tickets are gone! (Jetstar first ticket offers) & we lucked out with the new $19 prices to Honolulu (couldn't see paying more to get to Honolulu than to Sydney!) (Oh, I should add that the taxes & fuel surcharge were also 4x the ticket price to Syndey, but still it was still reasonable for that long a flight...) Hence, we are going even when I should me in school.....Gnome an accomplice in school truency?
Aloha, Carey
