I mean, I can see something I can't identify
Sorry randomq, I thought your comment referenced PaulW’s asking why there weren’t more videos. There are videos, but I’ve yet to see one with a clear image. They’re always like the surveillance camera images we often see on the local news at 5 PM of a bank robber or other miscellaneous thieves. Yes it looks like a human being, but with the image so poor there are no discernible characteristics.
What are those blobs in the sky?
I don’t completely dismiss the reports. My dad saw something tear over Illinois and Michigan on his radar screen in the early 1950’s, moving thousands of miles per hour, faster than any jet, before missiles. Meteor, or???

Lots of red tape in government contracts, but you'd think they would add some 4K "dashcams" to these jets so they could get better footage of everything. (Or they have them but are not releasing that footage.) The video that does get released is low resolution infrared and I agree, hard to make out anything.

A friend of mine befriended a Sasquatch, even giving his hairy friend a camera for his birthday. Unfortunately, every picture he took was blurry.

Excellent point terracore.
Why is it we can take crystal clear 20 megapixel photos of average 21st century life, but when it comes to images of advanced civilizations or prehistoric life forms from the land that time forgot - - they all look like they’re taken through 10 or 15 sheets of Saran Wrap?

I'm still wondering if the OP means UFO sightings in Hawaii have ramped up recently. If so, maybe the new landing site in Puna has something to do with it. On the other hand, if it's just a general claim without evidence, then that's all it is, an empty claim. Given how so many more people now have access to the internet, it may not be too surprising.
The saran wrap problem has been around for years, unfortunately. Then there are those that thanks to modern technology can make videos that look realistic:

Then again, they often forget details such as the speed of sound. Hearing the launch of a spaceship at distance simultaneously with the actual launch is a bit of a giveaway, as well as aliens landing in a field overlooked by many nearby residents who didn't seem to notice.

I hope we establish diplomatic relations with the Planet Mongo soon so I can get my passport stamped. I've saved a spot on page 24 next to the stamp of Myanmar, which is about as close to alien space as I've ever been.

Did the creators of Puna's Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary think about building a customs and immigration center? I think not. I don't know where you'll get your passport stamped though, I've heard getting a visa for Mongo can be challenging.

Yes, Tom, Emperor Ming the Merciless has very exacting visa requirements and charges a hefty non-refundable 25 plutons just to apply. I still want to go, though.

No, they will process their paperwork in Honolulu like the Apollo astronauts had to go through:
