New Cryptocurrency Program In Hawaii
#1
Now that we’re all broke and out of work, the state of Hawaii wants to ease cryptocurrency regulations, starting today (although the timing is coincidental):

Doing business in Hawaii might become much easier for crypto businesses. A new sandbox initiative hopes to turn Hawaii into a leader in the US.

State of Hawaii application website (note, it’s not a secure https website, which begs the question, does the state understand cryptocurrency at all?):

The Federal Reserve issues our currency.

Hawaii residents are banned from signing up at any of the crypto exchanges due to a Hawaii law that would require them to back all the deposits with cash (or something to that effect). No crypto outfit is going to do business in this state.
