“Ahh your maybe accusations of my being racist please Don’t confuse meetings where paving was on the agenda and when their were special meetings for reprimanded directors.....for what?
Now ya got transparency!!”

Leo and Mermaid, how would a non-board member know about an Exec Session reprimand? It’s not in the minutes that I can see?

Don't deflect, YOU made a racist remark Stillwater own up to it. It's there in black and white.
According to Mermaid, the General manager said there was NO contract. Who's lying between you and the General Manager?
Nope you're the same person I've seen at meetings. I know you are the previous treasurer. Many people reading here know that.

KP you obviously did not attend that meeting did you? It was a special meeting not executive session meeting. Executive session they lock everyone out. Darn ya should have been there! Obsessed with the truth !
Hey what is mermaid’s profession and experience that she brings to the BOD table?

This thread's supposed to be about road fees! What does paving and my profession have to do with anything in this thread? Leo's right, you say my name in every one of your posts. Your obsession is getting creepy now Stillwater. As Leo said, this is PT, not a court room drama or a psycho therapy forum. Go get help.

Why are you only asking Mermaid that question? Seems like we should be asking all the board members and even those who want to be on the board?
Is there are certain level or type of experience required to sit on the board? Who determines what’s required?

It sure is supposed to be about the dues! I find it creepy also that a supposed official board director is posting negative opinions on a social website in regards to a corporation that they have sworn an oath of duty to! I’m asking a legitimate question of an official director as a community member patiently awaiting an answer. Leo on the other hand decided paving should be discussed so I humored her with facts.
So.... what is mermaid’s profession and experience she brings to the BOD table?

Aloha EightFingers,
I am only asking mermaid that question here because she is the only director on this site . I have looked into the other 3 directors and have found this:

One director is employed at a military facility has a business degree, working on his masters, and pursuing other training beneficial to a board position.
Another is employed with a very grounded prosperous utility company and holds a position with their union to my understanding.
Third director is an owner of a plant nursery and I believe was a school teacher maybe?

I am curious to what the 4th director (mermaid) profession and experience to know what strength she may bring to the BOD

Funny thing is that the bylaws are so desperately in need of revisions (in my opinion) that the only requirement to be a director is that your dues must be current.

The corporation’s business is road maintenance
in my opinion (which doesn’t matter the bylaws are the golden rule) the association should maintain at minimum 1/2 of the board members to have experience in the industry . Directors would be able to make truly educated votes if they knew the product / service/ appropriate costs of what they are voting on.
Whomever is to be elected/appointed I would ask the same question also yes.
Therefore I ask what she brings to the BOD table....?

- [ ] Howz dis? I taught it was just the mermaid that talked ****z bout the gm n’ staff. I put it to the test. Some of us called the office through out da days n’ would ask questions about wat Was going on. Ally wouldn’t answer nothin’. Kept saying she no know wat was going on. Every time we called nothing came out of her n’ seem I irritated dat we keep askin’.she said was in the courts n’ board is figuring things out. Where is the transparency? Where else can we get the current info? Other times we called we got Dona the office manager. Effing A dat lady will talk forevers n’ no shame throwing the 2 female boards under the bus. sayin’ it’s all their fault n’ how the president is the good guy n’ gm is like a god. Wat I’m gettin’ to is things will never get solved. Talk in’ to the office manager made me feel like there is no hope. How the board acts on social media confirms that. If mgmt n’ board no can work things out it will always be a war. Roads need to be fixed. Office need to get professional n’ no go off n’ swearing at home owners (dis I heard about the 5g). Only thing I feel comfortable bout office is the audit comin’ out good. Money is sitting in the banks. Let’s use it to fix roads n’ not board using for legal. I do see the 2 female board have no qualifications. The gm at least know wat he do n’ has experience. Da president da ones who no him still surprised he president. Why is staff even at work? If no charging late fee no need to be there. Putin’ dem n’ da bois in high risk Board should care for them n’ our community n’ follow the protocol of stay home. I say put to sleep mermaid. No need to go back n’ fourth u should of stepped down n’ no dis was over ur head n’ not qualified. Cuz of u 2 our roads no gettin’ fixed n’ using money to take u 2 off. If u care u will just get off n’ let a new board to start. U know no funny business happenin’ wit da money. Let gm do his thin n’ get roads fixed. Rain months almost pau plan to use all dat money in banks to fix roads.
