Lets cut to the chase here. I am sure that the road fees will not be postponed. Why should they? I am speaking from the GM and Larry's point of view. Neither of them have any authority to make any decisions. Larry was never ever sworn in correctly and the GM is suppose to defer to the board. At this time we still only have 2 legally legit board members who seem to not have to ability to hold a meeting, wether it be a board meeting or a membership meeting and why is that? The GM and his staff including Larry are holding HPP hostage and are able to just by saying no. Seems there should be a meeting in the covered area with everyone bringing their own chair, The meeting doesn't even have to be at the activity center. but it takes organization etc. And then again, what will be able to be accomplished. Nothing. The gM was well trained on all this. Anyone who defends his or Larry's actions is truly an idiot and may know how to read words but not comprehend them and is wiling take someones word for what the bylaws true intent is. Nothing is being accomplished/ nothing good that is. It is totally apparent that Larry's lawsuit is only about stalling. They drag this out long enough while raiding the HPP funds. By the time anything happens, they will be long gone just like most of the board who started all this. You really have to stoop and consider what kind of people would do these things to a community, supposedly their community. The people who side with Larry et all really shows you who they are. I'd never listen to Stillwater. Either a real idiot but at the least on the very wrong side.

Pretty sure the road dues being deferred isn’t legally possible at the moment. The President, and Mr Creeley were legally elected by the property owners in their districts and were legally sworn in by HPP’s official recording secretary .....here is some food for thought- was mermaid and the other ? They held an illegal meeting and appointed their hand picked directors ( stacking of the board) and swore them in with a recording secretary that was not employed or affiliated with HPPOA ever before!
BUT DID THEY get sworn in and if so by who? The recording secretary that is not HPP’s official recording secretary?
Let’s cut to the chase - you got some huevos to keep commenting on mermaid’s behalf when you aren’t a property owner anymore you’ve lived in Arizona for over a year now!
Tipping the chart is that your husband was one of the people that took our association to arbitration that cost our community over $50,000 in our road dues ( mermaid was in support of this)
Both mermaid and your husband were also running the bylaws committee for years and in all those years nothing was accomplished...Nothing- still have outdated crap bylaws!
Speaking of being a true idiot -mermaid was also heading up on nominating committee when she was running for her district and of all the other districts nobody ran against her? Fishy fishy !
How about the history of that 2018 election when directors made public in a board meeting they had secret meetings with mermaid at her house! without the now President, Craig Creeley, and the other male director ?
HPP needs community directors and committee members that have no historical animosity toward our community and association with valid experience to benefit us without pissing away our road dues on attorney fees!
Just thought this info needed to be transparent for anyone that would listen to you and consider you an idiot they would need all the facts first.

People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Your posts show your racist and word out in HPP is you got on the board to get paving work in HPP. I saw Mermaid was checking you on your conflict of interest at the board of director meetings. That's why you hate her isn't it? More mud on you is you had an illegal road construction base yard. You were going after people at the board of director meeting because you got exposed. I went and did research. You're not allowed to move your equipment to work on HPPOA roads. So how did you pave 1st Avenue if you couldn't use your own equipment? There's more mud where that came from. Lots of people are watching you. IMO looks like your only credentials was an agenda to pave. The toll you and your cronies put on HPPOA with the lawsuit you and your friends planned is shameful. You have no shame. Yeah its out in the park how you guys planned the lawsuit. Now there's blow back you blame the innocent directors when you all are responsible. Five against two don't add up Stillwater treasurer.

Transparency on Leo’s last sputter-
If the community didn’t know this before they should now!
The Ex board director referred to as a racist is not the ex board director/treasurer . There was a special board meeting called to remove one of the current directors (still on the board) who did in fact use a racial slur during a board meeting -this Director refused to step down .
The director that Leo refers that is the paving company is not the paving co owner, co owner and affiliated by part time employment. This person also is employed with other companies that do paving . This director did not vote in the official vote and actually had left the room for the vote but had taken the 3 minutes of time to ask the board why they would consider paying an extra $30,000 dollars for the same product and asked how they would justify that to the community. Leo obviously wanted to spend $30,000 more on the paving and obviously mermaid did too. I’m not a rocket scientist Leo but isn’t that a director’s fiduciary duty???? Saving the community money ?
Now the neighborliness of some ( Leo ? Mermaid? and company would be my guess and or a disgruntled committee member ) before the paving even occurred was for Some who reside miles away from the said director decided to put a complaint in with the county . I actually feel terrible for this director if Leo and co are psychotic enough to be watching this person and invading their home privacy .
How much control do these people really want?
Obvious to me since Leo states they are watching they want to rule the entire community and what we all do on and in our own property, not only the corporation!!
