Mermaid,Why would you say my information be false ? Appendix C does not say the board swears in any director it says it is witnessed by the secretary or recording secretary doesn’t it ? We are reading the same bylaws aren’t we? The president and Mr Creeley were elected by the property owners in their districts please be precise on what is not factual and why . I am also very interested in what your profession and experience is they you bring to the board I have gotten some answers but would not want to assume other’s information is correct.

Instead of endless pages of bickering, I'd much rather take Kalakoa's repeated advice that the subdivisions band together to sue the county.
Oh right, the "band together" thing would be impossible for HPPOA.

You have two hurdles to overcome:

Leo - this is not the time for bickering or peronal attacks. If that's what you want then I ask that you please take it to Facebook, Twitter or other forums. I also see some threads deteriorating in personal and political attacks. I guess it's the stress, but I think this is the time to become more civil to each other and to help our neighbors through the pandemic.

Thats a good idea Tom. Maybe lock this one up until after covisd as nothing is gonna happen to hppoa situation. Im thinking maybe maylin and leo have allready been banned
On those other sites. And this is there only venue to vent?

Except maybe kalaokoa. We all could learn from him/her.
