We got the call today our permit is ready. Yeah. The fun begins. Or should I say work.

Congratulations!
How long did it take you to ge the permit? We will be building in the summer of 2007. It took us over 1 month to get the SMA to clear some trees. Edited by - tolleys on 11/16/2006 17:04:26

Hey Guys, Nice looking layout.
One itsy tiny suggestion, the master bath door swings into the vanity.... if you could reverse to swing to closet wall you might save a little wear & tear on vanity top & door (had experience....also door opens to the sink vs closet so you don't have to walk around the door to wash up). Good eye Carey! Another idea is a pocket door at the entrance to the walk through closet at the bedroom wall. If someone needs to be up very early they can keep the light out of the bedroom.
