Who to fill large propane tank?

If you want a larger size propane tank (100 gallon +) for backup generator, who would you get to fill it?
Is Hawaii Gas the only game in town?

There are a couple of gas delivery companies. Be prepared for sticker shock (compared to how it works on the mainland) when they tell you $125 delivery fee plus a relatively high cost of the gas itself.
