I need a lawn mower mechanic
#1
I am having trouble with my riding lawn mower starting.  Kind of a weak battery situation where the motor turns over very slowly but not enough to start.

Got a brand new battery and it made no difference.  Something I don't understand going on.  Meanwhile the grass is getting tall.
I had a good mechanic, Don Pua, but have been unable to reach him.

Anybody know a mower mechanic or have any ideas?

AND/OR I want to hire someone with a mower to mow a couple acres for me.

Mahalo,

Aguiar’s mobile repair. 217-0973. Perhaps your starter is bad?

Brand new battery and weak start. Yep, dealt with that myself. Check the main wire from the battery to the starter, and the ground wire. Mine was corroded at one of the terminals and had very little conductive material left. Had to take the cable off to notice, then the terminal broke off. Stripped wire, new terminal, GOOD crimp, fixed.
