Sometimes folks know things that just aren't so.  There is peace in just letting them believe whatever they need to believe.   The odds are not even remotely in your favor of changing the mind of someone who is rooting for their team or otherwise lost in the fog of their bias.  That is unless you're offering cash.  That makes it easier, real fast.  Humans!   

I agree, and that's why a few people here have resorted to using sock puppets. This is a relatively old method of attempting to make people believe you have more support than you actually do. The problem here is that those using the sock puppet tactic just do the same thing over and over again and invariably give themselves away. What's even more frustrating is that they never learn.

Apples and Oranges, Were not talking about Rob, he's the Admin/owner. We were talking about you and how you 'know' who is typing at the other end of the Internet. Writers have a specific style.  It involves syntax, preferred words or descriptors and other traits.  Capitalization, small letters, punctuation.  It would be difficult to tell most Punaweb writers apart from the others because most of us use a commonly accepted American English writing style.  A few Punweb posters have a more distinctive pattern.  pog’s is off-the-charts unique, unlike anyone else who posts here.  He also uses a singular manner of interaction with other members.  Put those things together, along with his long term history on Punaweb and you don’t have to be an expert in the field of writing styles, or a member of CSI Puna, you just need to pay attention and have a memory, as TomK has pointed out.

Not too long ago someone mentioned elepaio changed his writing style when he was identified as pog.  Did you notice?  elepaio also claimed he was now a wahine.  Anything in an attempt to distance himself from the intrinsically obvious.

Ive seen you use vernacular that was like pogs, and vernacular of glinda, Does not mean that your also a sock puppet? no. I get the idea behind back in the day before spell check and auto correct you might be able to see where certain traits of certain authors are unique but these days its almost homogeneous. Unless you can see posters IP matching its a lot of assuming.
