Cliff Reinforcing/strengthen

I am looking for someone with an experience of reinforcing cliffs. One side of my property, ending with the high cliff, proximately 20 feet .I noticed in few places at the top rocks ( good size boulders)  looks  unstable and need to be dropped down 
 Maybe  someone knows someone here on Big Island who Has experience and can help me out

I heard Peter was or has retired and his son took over the business. He does good shotcrete work, which is probably what you have in mind.

If you just want rocks knocked down, and not shotcrete, then I'd suggest you call somebody who's got a excavator.
