I'm glad they clarified that the solar panels are "owned".

Another brand new home in HPP, the 5th one since the thread started just over a week ago, just came on the market.  Brand New construction and the agent says, "This property won't last long!!!"

PS:  Although FIVE (5) Brand New Construction homes came on the market since this thread started... ONLY ONE (1) has gone pending/contingent.  Granted that is a very small sampling but, Herr Chunkster, your reputable informants must be blushing!

The official count is now 30 Brand New Homes for sale in HPP.  Is there a way to change the title on this thing?
