In as much as I don’t think police dispatch works that way, but if it did you would think that at least one overtime hungry cop could come in and sit at a computer and rattle off a press release!!

There is a person at the department whose full time job is to handle press releases. It’s a specific position, filled by someone qualified to write properly, clearly, objectively.

What? There are 4 story houses in Ocean View? No details about how she got from the 4th story to the ground? Downspout? Giant trellis? Bed sheets tied together?
