Is anyone still being attacked by cybers?

Internet still out here in lower HPP. I called and asked what's wrong today  and they  admitted that their having problems and techs have been dispatched. (They've  been dispatched now for 10 days!) I then asked if they had an estimated repair time and they said ASAP.  My neighbor has Spectrum and has no problems. Maybe it's time to switch.

They've been having problems for days and erroneously told customers there were no problems in the area and were setting up individual trouble tickets. I guess enough people finally called in to reach the critical mass necessary for them to admit they had a wider problem.

Our internet has been on/off for days, but we've been gone a lot so not really sure how much was on or off. It's been out all morning so I called them and they have a recorded message saying they are aware of the problem "in the Keaau area" and are actively working on it.

A couple of times our service did get restored by resetting the router, but mostly its coming and going on its own.

Internet wifi/1G fibertoptic was out from 10PM Sat. until 11:30 PM Sunday. It was not intermittent, it was completely down. Not quite sure when it came back on. This is getting tiresome. All their techs and money went to Lahaina perhaps. Live in OCLA.

The poor speeds that were affecting the Keaau/Pahoa area was the result of a bad line card on the optical line terminal serving this area of Puna. As soon as the faulty line card was replaced, it resolved the inconsistent speed issues.
