Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs
"Court can change a lot, Obie."

I want to see your proof that the court or any court can demand and rule about the content of a Neighborhood newsletter.

And don't blow me off a AND tell me to do my own research !
I suspect you have that in easy access.

That is exactly what I am going to do, Obie (tell you to do your own research). Roll up those sleeves. Wink

"But even Sherman explained why- in a letter to Lincoln. And if true, Lincoln asked Sherman for his permission to print his letter (reasons) in the newspaper. However, Sherman declined, stating he had already taken too much flak from newspaper men."

Well, a bit of history revisionism, as Lincoln never asked permission, but, nonetheless, I do see a direct correlation in what you are doing here with HPP and its people to both what Sherman AND Lincoln thought had to be done (and did) to win the Civil War.

At any event, go get em tiger!

When you replied to me with the same comment, I’ll tell you how I read it.
You will post information that supports your point of view, repeatedly, without prompting, but if asked a question that doesn’t support your theories- - do your own research.

You say you want discussion about these issues, but not answering questions doesn’t seem like a way to promote further discussion.

That is a false statement. But if others want to research it, all they have to do is look through the posts and MANY comments I have made in response to some of you.

I was talking about the questions to which you won’t reply. Just like in your response above. It doesn’t address my comment, it engages in deflection and misdirection. I didn’t ask you to pull a rabbit out of your hat. So I’m not impressed when you tell me you’ve pulled a rabbit out of your hat.

This is her MO. She wants everyone else to prove everything but she only responds or answers what she feels like. She responds only when she has proof or wants to offer her opinion stated as fact.

OTPE, I have also asked many questions without answers. She never wants to discuss unless it goes her way. If not, here come the snarky comments, of any at all.

You all are very quick and figuring her out. Some still haven’t.

You were saying, KP?

All of the above sound pretty snarky and loud to me.

Exactly what I expected. Maybe “I’m sorry. Did I miss answering some questions?” Nope, more snarky replies.

Pretty snarky.

I can sympathize with Sherman- too much flak.
