John, Don't you Realtors make money whether the prices go up or down. I thought realtors make their money either way?

How would I know Maka, I have not made money on real estate in ages! SmileSmileSmile

I don't think I'm comfortable with where this is going. And I don't want John's wife to kick my ass.
Can't we just be friends?

Some people think it, I sometimes say it. Like I said on another thread don't use the word "aloha" to get people to act a certain way. Those days of Hawaiians giving away everything when people use the word are gone (that is why some of us are landless). We are ever evolving and if you wanna really see the aloha in people... it's all about what you are doing for your community. Maybe John has some community things he is doing. Then maybe I would change my attitude about him. Community help is the essence of aloha. It is never for your own selfish reasons. I went to your website John. That made me think you look like Simon.

For those of you interested in community service , you might consider Hilo Habitat for Humanity. http://www.hilohabitat.org/, their web site is outdated and they are not very good with email, if interested call.

Phone: (808) 935-6677
Office: 140 Kinoole St. ~ Hilo, HI 96720

Currently there is a project in progress in Ainaloa and they would love to get more volunteers; great way to help out the community with a little sweat equity.
