I don't get it. Right now, as I write this, the top two active threads are the "What is it? Where is it?" and "The Bicker Board". 

The former is some fun where nothing nasty or inappropriate has happened (yet), and the latter is the bicker board, which is this thread. So what exactly do you want? People you won't name being put on vacation for whatever it is you don't like? Over-modding? Why is someone getting cracks?
