Name three.

I have no earthly idea. I was just referring to and more or less quoting what the PTang had previously said:

Here Julie.  Here is some attention and hopefully a tiny bit of enlightenment into the English language when one is speaking about someone of unknown gender. There is no conspiracy Julie. Nothing to troll here.

Using “they” for someone whose gender you do not know is widely accepted and considered correct in modern English.

Many major style guides now recommend singular “they” to avoid assuming gender, especially online or in situations where it’s unknown or irrelevant. For example, “Someone left a comment on my post; they made a good point” is standard usage.

I'm sure they are all happy. At least I hope they are. It's so much better than otherwise.

Or is it a faux pas to not have capitalize them?

Of course, silly me. Everything about you is so "Ward and June Cleaver" perfect!! Your sheer Hawaiian hospitality, and welcoming demeanor just always makes you the little sweet innocent darling you continually pretend to be.

Notwithstanding your opening sentence being just again another one of your constantly used subtle insults, but with respect to your now proclaimed love and acceptance of the use of proper pronouns, I am glad you have evolved past your insistence at watching a certain English speaking only performance during one of Hawaii's as well as America's favorite past time's. Vast improvement at acceptance.

As for there being a possible conspiracy at play, I'll let your own words do the speaking, about alleged mass deletions, sock puppets, guilty feelings and so on:

M2 can also confirm that I was banned for about three days.  That is all.  I'm sure M2 felt guilty as hell for even that - because it was lame and so far below the level of things you and the trolletts get away with every day - it's just that "they" agrees with you.  You should have seen the stuff "they" deleted that exposed who "they" are when "they" were just getting used to juggling "their" sock puppets.

I stayed away for many months by choice. Not because I was banned.  Even a dimwit can see who has a line through their name and who does not.

I do not care how you treat me.  You are a troll.  Post whatever nonsense you like.  Make and ass of yourself in a thread about helping hungry people. You always do.  You just expose yourself to everyone with a clue, except yourself.  You have no class.  It is what it is.  No love lost.

You should all concern yourself less about they, and more about Hawaii.

You "clicked vacation" for a crime I did not commit.  Show some curiosity or it's bound to happen again.  I did not un edit your edits and "repost" anything.  Perhaps we were editing at the same time?  I did edit both of my posts and I never saw any green in either of them.  It's not something I would do. I don't even see Julie doing anything like that.

HJ - But, just remember, THEY are listening. THEY are watching. OMG, THEY are right over there!
KK - Name three.

The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost? (whole surveillance thing is duck soup what with the omniscience/omnipresence, but maybe that only counts as one? Have lost track where things stand with all the unitary executive theories being thrown around these days? ;)

Or if they (singular or plural) are persona non grata here or "are not state or county" enough, maybe consider Rob, Mod2, and pw-admin? (choke listening/watching/lurking going on as well, but again, I can only suggest that they count as three, having never seen them all in the same room together so possibly more a Superman/Clark Kent/Kal-El situation? )

Or maybe, listening to "Mod2" and keeping it about Hawai'i, the NSA's Hawaii Cryptologic Center (Snowden who?), Honolulu Five-0 drones, and even the US Air Force (coming soon with yet more Maui telescopes!)

To invoke the old Punatic mantra, just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean that THEY aren't out to get you!

DF - PT got a timeout for some reason. I did not see the offending post but apparently he believes his punishment was unfair.
That's one subplot I have at least a partial knowledge of. Tang posted a retort regarding ICE's racial profiling, claiming such actions are needed after years of "open door" borders, "sacrificing the most vulnerable, law abiding people, for power", etc, so general and not Hawaii-related that I was going to go search for it elsewhere as a piece of copypasta. Apparently Mod2 cut out all the non-Hawaii stuff (which was likely almost all of it) and Tang then restored it, and is now claiming they both were editing the post at the same time. While certainly possible, it still doesn't change the fact that the original post was not Hawaii related and there were more of those hints and allegations that some back channel warnings had been previously issued. There was another subsequent post from Tang that apparently was also not Hawaii-related and so was subsequently shown the door, could even say deported (pw been far too lenient and letting in all the wrong sorts of folk lately? ;)

So now, will they be able to reach out and accept hands offered in good fellowship, or does this mean war!? Tune in next time on Punaweb!

LMAO- such a dork.  You posted in-between my two posts with a link that was so national that mine paled in comparison.  Good laughs though Yak.

Thanks! We dorks do like to make an effort when dancing on the rim - all part of being successful at it. Helps to keep in mind that quote from elder Punaweb statesman MyManao - "I at least try and bring it back to Hawaii with every post..." Lots of wise words there to grok, ken, comprende, maopopo, etc.

Here’s all that needs to be said about Tanggate.
ironyak has summarized the event quite well.
Punatang posted a long 80-90% non Hawaii related comment.
I deleted the non Hawaii part.
Shortly afterward, 10 minutes perhaps, I returned to Punaweb and PT had restored his original post, verbatim, almost as if he knew his post would be edited, so had saved his original comment to repost.  At that point I deleted the entire comment and sent him on vacation.  If you PT were in the process of reposting and re-editing online, I suggest you tap edit, make your changes, then update.  Otherwise it looks like a duck swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, so I assume it’s a duck.

I read TwitterX so understand the concept.  Deny, feign innocence, claim complete unawareness of the situation.  PT - I would strongly suggest you avoid further comment on this topic, and in the future read your comments to insure they are Hawaii related before you post.  Popping in the word Hawaii here or there doesn’t cut it.  A sentence about Hawaii followed by paragraphs of national politics doesn’t fly.
