there are also two acre lots that have 220 foot frontage, they are usually fronting the main feeder roads so they will also be on paved roads, ask a realtor if they can spot these lots, they don't come up that often, but are a better situation for road access and squarer lot size, these 2 acre lots are usually a little more than the 1 acre lots in HPP....good luck!

We live in Ochidland and wouldnt live anywhere else :-)


Oh and for the record.. We are paving Orchidland Drive from 39th all the way up to 41st... TODAY and TOMMARROW!!!!

Hey Big_Island .....

Just drove that nice smooth road today .... then car got 'attacked' by two dogs @ 41st ...... from there it looks more like green road .... o.k to keep going ( straight ) there ?

Big Island... do you have any other scoops on the paving ?? It seems impossible to get current projects or timetables. Any idea what streets are next ??

LOL...I love the idea that 135' by like 1000' is "skinny"...thanks for that one.LOL
I saw this one guy put in a golf link on his lot in Orchidland. Taking swings off his back porch onto the fairway for grins. I think it was Par 3 but it would still be cool to have nonetheless.
