New Bathroom Permitting
#1
What would be the step by step process required by the county for a new bathroom in an existing permitted structure requiring only partition walls?

Nancy - To go the fully permitted route, I can't imagine that it is any different than any other project: Architect signed drawings, pull the building permit, electrical and plumbing permits pulled by tradesmen. And then the usual inspections.

Someone correct me please if I am wrong.

Well, you can do some short cuts! Have a hose attached to the faucet in the other bedroom and have candles instead of lights! SmileSmileSmile

But John, won't the insurance company raise her fire insurance if they find out she is using candles. That will probably cost more than the permitting. Wink Wink

Would you need architect drawings if it is an owner builder project?
