Hey Royal I tried a corner with a scrap. I decide to just leave the caps long enough to cut latter. It looks good in your pics though. Thanks. And yes the height was scarey.

Thanks Dave.

Gosh, glad to see you guys back posting progress and as always, very impressive! The bays add great character to it's impressive size.

I'm with Carrie it does look abit like a hotel under construction... ; )

Carrie perhaps you could paint up a nice plaque for a house warming that might read Wyatt Regency 8 ) lol

Hey Carrie and Dave, As long as the relatives don't think it's a hotel we're in good shape.
Wyatt Regency 8. good one.
Yeah the bays do change the boxey look. The hardiplank will add some more texture/charactor.

R & M, The place is going together & you guys have done a super job so far
....Ok, you're building a gorgeous house with a bay window overlook to die for, with a guest house next door & you DON'T think the relatives are going to think "We can stay at R&M's!". (Hey, and they're comfy living in the guest house...so I'm sure they won't mind if we stay in the main house) Riiight.
Oh, see Shadow still likes loungin' while you work.

Carey thanks. Comfy in the quest house yes, but company probabliy use it unless we do vacation rental or long term. We figured some company will be stay in the main house. We have had a good number of vistors already in the little quest house. We've have learned alot about company and does and don't. Shadow gets to sleep in any room he wants.

Looks like the Trojan Plantation III reversed. It's a great floor plan, I built the same in Leilani Estates.
