I'm hunting for land & I'm seeing a lot of posts from other folks in the market too. We all seem to have the same concerns about crime, weather & having great neighbors. Soo....anyone interested in comparing our 'must have lists' & banding together to buy neighboring lots?

It happens. In my subdivision there were 2 side-by-side lots sold. I thought one person was going to build on one and leave the other. Yesterday I was told that there are 2 neighbor/owners from Virginia who are having a house each built and will move from Virginia about the same time.
