garage doors installer?

has anyone used KOBAy or home depot to install a new garage door? were you happy with installation/product??? any person to stay away from?? appreciate any referral. thanks,

I tried Kobay - very reluctant to give me up front numbers. I explained that buying 5 doors and 4 openers, I wouldn't consider making any choice without numbers in hand first. She gave me some "rough" numbers, rough enough for me to know I couldn't afford them.

Home Depot was actually very good to deal with. Their Martin doors are a great product. I've never heard such quiet openers. My only "complaint" is no discount if buying multiple units. Their installers did a super job.

Sorry Kathy, can't help there as prices depend on many factors. As I recall, Royall found a place that sold doors, perhaps he'll chime in.
