subdivisions that allow temp dwellings

Hi all,

We bought on Leilani and need now to find a way to live while we build over the next year. Leilani doesn't allow for ANY temp structures so now am faced with either renting or buying more land that allows such things as trailers or containers.

Any of you know of what subdivisions that turn a blind eye to temp dwellings?

Hi Beth, Although Leilani doesn't allow temporary quarters, speak to the man who build the Thai? house on the corner south east of the Association park. Very nice man with lovely Budd heads, and bamboo fencing all around his place. We were there in September and visited with this gentleman, just ask him how he got away with it as a neighbor of the assn. If he doesn't tell you then e-mail me and I will, but I prefer you neighbor to tell, I think he will! Best of luck on your new home. Mella L
