HPP4Me,

I was originally interested in a house on First in HPP. The house (which is still on the market) is fronted with plumeria. The plumeria are in front of a lava rock wall. They are doing very, very well. They are on the wrong side of the tradewinds for fragrance, but undoubtedly sweeten the mauka neighbor's breezes.
