I'm only going to be able to make a token appearance. I had a client ask me to do another open house on one of their properties "the Sunday after Labor Day". I agreed only to realize later that it was Punaweb Party day. I'll be there at noon, but only be able to stay for a half hour or so. Wish I could be there longer, but duty calls.

Do open houses actually do much good there? Or are you just having to schmooze the seller?

Hello all. I haven't been on Punaweb in a while so I never rsvp'd. We had planned to attend the last one. Is it still ok to attend Scott? We can bring chairs and a dish.

Of course yous guys are welcome. Just make your dish a main dish and not desert because we have plenty of them, thanks.

Now that we have moved to the island, Scott and I would like to attend our first Puna Web Party.
We will bring chairs and a dish - not dessert...

Julie and I will be making the party also, sure will be alot of Scotts in one place. She will be bringing her sphagetti salad, not very international but easy to make. Scott, we have chairs anything else we can bring?

Open Houses here are hit-or-miss -- sometimes very worthwhile, sometimes not. I never know which its going to be until I do it.
