Does anyone know what company originally surveyed Nanawale Estates?

Just a thought, but sometimes the community association has old records...Have you tried someone at the Nanawale Community Assn.?

Thanks Carey -

I'm trying to combine two lots into 1 TMK and the Hawaii County planning department is telling me it's best for all parties if you have the original survey company's records.

BS! I have had clients combining two lots in various subdivisions before, you need a new survey map. The original survey map would not be of a help since the survey map has to show the new "combined" lot.

Mahalo John -
That now being the case, can you recommend a survey company please?

I agree with John, that is what my clients have had to do. Not sure who at planning gave you that info. I use Neils Christianson/Daniel Berg at Independent Hawaii Surveyors.
