The ones I saw that affected Puna were:

HS23 -- Intersection Improvement at Paradise Dr.
HS24 -- Shoulder lane conversion, Kea'au Bypass to Shower Dr.
HS25 -- Traffic Signal Improvement at Kahakai

First step to four lanes for Hwy 130? Also looks like the roundabout for Kahakai that the PCDP people were pushing for didn't make their to-do list. Prepare to stop!

Due to the purchase of a big chunk of Parker
Ranch land by the Army, the Sadddle Road realignment will have to be re-realigned.

Officials dismissed a newly suggested concern that construction of a later phase of the Saddle project could conflict with the Army’s desire to obtain 23,000 acres of Parker Ranch land in the same area.Pohakuloa commander Lt.
