Finally, I have convinced my signifigant other, that it would be good to build on our lot on Ohiki St. North in Hawai'ian Parks. She has been adventurous in the past, we owned a vacation rental condo on Maui until the end of 2004. Anyhow a long story short, we sold and bought our land on the Big Island sight un seen at the end of 2004. We fell in love with Hawai'i over the years and I have fallen in love with the Puna area the first time I started to look at the area. Been lurking a bit on this Punaweb and found out so much information not only just about building but also about the people. I feel I know some of them. Anyhow, I will be looking and hoping to have lots of feedback and information for our upcoming adventure. More to come. I am so excited.

Thanks so much for the support. And yes Nate she is a keeper. We have been together since 1977 and married in 1980. I am getting on the waiting list for a water meter and then there is so much to do. But, that is the adventure. I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve. This is the best present of all.
