Rainiest time in East Hawaii is usually November through March, although it varies. Of course, we have years when things are haywire.

Dwarf poinciana is easily grown from seed, if you have the chanceto obtain some. I have stuck them in different areas of my yard here in Tx after starting them from seed in a pot. First scarify them for best results.

Folks, would macadamia nuts do well if neglected? If we plant them in November would they get established by the time the dry season comes?
